The new store manager Lindsay is fantastic! She helped me with a problem with one of my orders and got everything straightened out quickly and professionally. She was also wonderfully kind to my 6 yr old who was with me in the store. The clothing is very durable and comfortable - my kids are very active and usually go through clothing fast, but these items last even with their rough and tumble play.
Wow! This was our first experience buying school uniforms. Suzie and her team made what could have been a very overwhelming task super easy and stress free! Easiest back-to-school shopping trip I’ve ever experienced. They knew exactly what was needed for our school, gave great recommendations regarding fabric, sizing, styles, and more. I can rest easy tonight knowing we are ready to go…and my daughter had fun!
Our experience was outstanding, my wife and I were going to pick up some uniform for my son who is going to kindergarten. Suzie was very sharp and knows exactly the size that my son needs. She was friendly and very punctual with customer service. Highly recommended and we will be coming back.
Going for first time to the store in Salt Lake was a great experience. The Manager, Suzie, helped us with every detail from finding what we were looking for, to prices and kind of fabrics, she stayed with my kids and reached out to them things they needed to try. She was super kind to us. The store is well organized and everything has labels. The fabrics and quality of the clothes are impecable. I will be happy to go back any time I need to.
The store personnel were great. The company has had poor service due to the lack of available uniforms both in the store and on line. Having 1 shirt to wear all week means washing and ironing it daily. We finally received more shirts yesterday.
