It is impossible to get a hold of this store. It is also impossible to leave them a message. The options are the answering machine are either invalid or just take you back to the original message. They are not open during posted hours and there are no signs indicating when they will be open. I just want to know when I’ll be able to get into the store. Rather than driving all the way there to a locked up store.
Jacob has been super helpful with all of our uniform needs! Even when they were low in stock, he helped us order the correct items. He deserves a raise!
Management and customer service have improved significantly. Issues with warehouse are still problematic, like receiving incorrect products or emblems that aren't attached correctly. They do offer military discounts, which is awesome!
We are required to purchase school uniforms through Dennis. Their turnaround time for shipped items is 2-3 weeks. Very slow! Their physical store front locations are not adequately stocked, so it is nearly impossible to purchase necessary uniforms.
The new store manager Lindsay is fantastic! She helped me with a problem with one of my orders and got everything straightened out quickly and professionally. She was also wonderfully kind to my 6 yr old who was with me in the store. The clothing is very durable and comfortable - my kids are very active and usually go through clothing fast, but these items last even with their rough and tumble play.
