Bought school shirts, the logo faided out after a few washes, the store will not exchange the product even after admiting that the quality of the material used was bad, instead they gave me the option to buy another shirt with a 5% discount...Not good, not enough, we paid full price, we should get what we paid for, nothing less. Customer service is definetly poor. Their prices are way too expensive to be get this kind of problems.
At the store service is great but if you place an order and later try to reach customer service, you don't get a person and can't leave a message.
