Shipping time is absolutely horrible. The store staff is nice, and I know it’s not their fault. I placed an order on April 18…..it’s now Aug 9, and I still don’t have it. Almost 4 months for order fulfillment is unacceptable. And that’s for items that were ordered from the store, because they did not have them in stock. If the school did not require the families to shop here, I would certainly go elsewhere! The store is constantly out of stock, and basic items are on back order. As of today Google says the store is temporarily closed. So I tried to call The store and the number has been disconnected so I tried to purchase the items on their website it. It says “We cannot currently take orders try again later or refresh the page” Which, as you all can guess never works. Does anyone know if they’ve gone out of business??

The fulfillment center and physical stores cannot, and do not communicate well together. I have not had a single item on my most recent order fulfilled and after almost two months of waiting, just got informed that the pants will not be in stock until March of 2024. Was told in store that my order would ship in 2-3 weeks. After those three weeks, a customer care center rep told me that it was on back order with shipment promise of mid December. The man at the store deserves 5 stars!! He was super helpful. Dennis uniform…is a uniform store that doesn’t have uniforms. I ordered pants in April for the coming school year. They have been back ordered. It’s the same thing every year. Get it together. I would definitely not shop here if our school didn’t require it.

Came in today to exchange sizes on some items and to find the right size skirt and Johnna, the warehouse manager was somewhat rude. Sounded like she didn’t want to be there and seemed impatient when we asked for help. There’s only us and another customer in the store - try to be better about your customer service! Don’t act like we’re a burden. You’re our only option when it comes to where we can buy our daughter’s uniform. Be better!
