The man at the store deserves 5 stars!! He was super helpful. Dennis uniform…is a uniform store that doesn’t have uniforms. I ordered pants in April for the coming school year. They have been back ordered. It’s the same thing every year. Get it together. I would definitely not shop here if our school didn’t require it.
Came in today to exchange sizes on some items and to find the right size skirt and Johnna, the warehouse manager was somewhat rude. Sounded like she didn’t want to be there and seemed impatient when we asked for help. There’s only us and another customer in the store - try to be better about your customer service! Don’t act like we’re a burden. You’re our only option when it comes to where we can buy our daughter’s uniform. Be better!
Shipping time is absolutely horrible. The store staff is nice, and I know it’s not their fault. I placed an order on April 18…..it’s now Aug 9, and I still don’t have it. Almost 4 months for order fulfillment is unacceptable. And that’s for items that were ordered from the store, because they did not have them in stock. In addition, I’ve inquired about my order via email twice, live chat once and left 2 voice messages with the Dennis Customer Service number for a call back….and haven’t heard a word back. The fulfillment center and physical stores cannot, and do not communicate well together. I have not had a single item on my most recent order fulfilled and after almost two months of waiting, just got informed that the pants will not be in stock until March of 2024. Was told in store that my order would ship in 2-3 weeks. After those three weeks, a customer care center rep told me that it was on back order with shipment promise of mid December. Dennis Uniform is horrible. Their storefront is never stocked regardless of the time of the year (their staff is helpful and kind). Their online customer service has little to be desired - they are not helpful, provide copy/paste answers on phone and emails without ever answering the questions and have long turnaround times to respond to emails and long hold times when you call in.
