I would give only half a star if I could. Ordered from this company (because I have to) and despite having a receipt with correct info I was sent the wrong item. I get mistakes, but it’s what I’m dealing with now that is garbage. The local store was out of what we needed so I had to place an order with them. After MORE THAN 3 WEEKS of waiting for my items the THEY CANCELLED MY ORDER and re-submitted it with a different order number so now at the BACK of the order queue and school starts in less that a week!!! Ordered my sons uniforms for school at the beginning of August. Still waiting on 3 items and spent over $200. Called customer service about the order and could offer no help or ETA. Only thing done is refund shipping. Refunding shipping isn’t going to get my son his uniform for school that is required. Would give half a star if possible because this is absolutely ridiculous. She said maybe first week of December!! Absolutely unacceptable. Would request a refund if he didn’t need the uniforms.
Absolutely the worst can never get anyone on the phone. Selection is awful prices outrageous shipping time is terrible. Are forced to buy from this company, when I finally did receive my daughters package well halve of it still waiting for the rest anyway they sent me the wrong stuff and I can’t get anyone on the phone to fix this error. Not to mention the stuff I bought was with the schools discount which is now expired and Dennis wants me to reorder the correct stuff that they messed up on at full price plus shipping! Purchased items for my whole family just a couple of months ago. My oldest daughter's dress shirt was worn twice before the school emblem fell off of the shoulder. I emailed the company twice over the last 2 weeks and still have yet to get a reply. I was told by our school that this is happening to a lot of the new items. I am pretty disappointed considering what I paid for these uniforms.
I finally made time to post this review. This is our first uniform experience outside of the City uniforms you can get at Target. Both times we found the store to be very organized and clean. I believe Tracy is the store Manager and both times we visited she was so very kind and helpful. Cynthia was great too. Organizations either thrive or die by their leadership and Tracy really leads by example and sets the tone for all employees.
