The first item I received is falling apart and the second item is back ordered. I wouldn’t have even placed the order if I knew both things weren’t in stock. I’m not sure why navy sweatpants are hard to find but it’s been a very unpleasant experience. I have reported it to Dennis as well and am waiting for a response
I have been in both at back to school time (late August) and today, third week of October and the store is often poorly stocked. The sizes for my son (size 5) Kindergarten are non-existent for anything except maybe two colors of shirts. No size 5 pants, only size 4 and as for ordering it from the store and they will ship it to you.... I did that back in August for two 1/3 pull overs I liked and just received one a week ago and STILL haven't received the other one. AnnaMaria made our first shopping experience so much easier! She’s knowledgeable about sizes and current styles. My girls loved her! I appreciated her motherly advice to my girls. All the employees were attentive and helpful! Also, the order we made to ship to our home was a breeze! Great people!
The staff in the stores are great. I gave two stars because the company was completely unprepared to handle the volume for the school contracts they took on. We are months into the school year and still can’t get important uniform items. The stores used to be able to add logos, but corporate took that capability away.
OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! We have had nothing but excellent service from Dennis Uniform. They truly go above and beyond and the quality of the clothing is also outstanding. You get what you pay for! For example: Some parents at our school buy cheaper pants elsewhere. We tried this once and went right back to Dennis. I have 3 boys. It is worth the added expense upfront for Dennis Khakis because they LAST.
