Friendly and helpful service when I have gone in store. However, have been waiting 2 months for polos to arrive that we ordered in the store since the sizes were sold out. Have called customer service 3 times for more detailed order status. I keep being told the shirts are in stock and should ship “soon”. That was a month ago. I purchased many items at Dennis Uniform, some with vouchers, and some with my credit card. It took the young lady who cashed us out about 1/2 hour to enter my order into the computer. I asked her to read it back to me two times, and two times I caught an error in her sizes, colors, and modules. A skirt that I ordered never arrived. After 6 weeks I called the corporate customer service to ask for a refund, and calls were disconnected after 10 minutes and never returned. The first item I received is falling apart and the second item is back ordered. I wouldn’t have even placed the order if I knew both things weren’t in stock. I’m not sure why navy sweatpants are hard to find but it’s been a very unpleasant experience. I have reported it to Dennis as well and am waiting for a response
Worst service than I ever had. I bought a uniform for a child for $200. The first item was sent no earlier than in 3-4 weeks. returning each item cost me 9$, so I lost about 40$ on returning the entire order, this money was simply wasted. It's been over 2 months since my order and I'm still waiting for my money back. Never buy anything here. Just horror!
I shopped at Dennis through the in house uniform sale at our school. They had a variety of samples to try on, and the staff was very helpful with sizing and fit. They had numerous items available on site to purchase, and they were also able to easily order and ship what I could not find. My one complaint is that the discount codes seemed to hold up the lines which did cause a slight wait.
