The woman that helped was very knowledgeable and helpful. She was able to get us everything that we needed, and even ordered an item that we needed that they didn't have in stock. She made our experience seamless.

Tina did it again!!!! I was a little panicked after talking to customer service and they told me the plaid jumper I needed , in the size that I needed, was not available. No other options given to me. That is when I called the store and spoke with Tina. Her upbeat voice and personality alone made me feel better. She took my number and did some digging and called me back like she said she would! She called back with good news AND honored the online discount for me for all of the trouble!!!
