Ordering online is a mess almost 2 months having to wait for uniforms. Store never has nothing you're looking for in stock always low in inventory. Sales associate was very rude. I was in line waiting . 2 other associates were helping other customers while another Associate was just standing there when there was another customer in back of me and she decided to help and greet them and didn't even acknowledge I was in line before waiting. Great first time experience shopping at Dennis Uniform for my daughter. She was not with me, so the additional help I received from Anita was exceptional! We will be return customers! Second time shopping at this store is beyond frustrating! Some days they are open for business and some days they are not. Don’t bother paying attention to the posted hours open signage. Best to call ahead to ensure they are open for business before making the drive.
Shawn, the young gentleman who helped us was knowledgeable, courteous, great managing my teenage daughter and my shopping experience simultaneously. It’s rare to find quality customer service like this nowadays. Keep up the great work Shawn, you’ll be successful at whatever you do! The store was low on inventory but it was due to the floss and goods shortage so I still have them 4 stars.
UPDATE: I read online that the company went completely bankrupt and closed all of its U.S. stores and terminated all of their employees. That explains why no one answers the phone or emails! I am furious! Hopefully, the bank rules in favor of my dispute claim and returns my money because it's clear I won't be getting my money back from the company! Online hours said they would resume Monday, when I showed up after driving 40 minutes to the store they had a paper posted that said the same thing except they scratched out 'Monday' with sharpie and wrote in 'Tuesday'. I already ordered stuff online but since it wasn't going to get here in time I went ahead and made the drive.
