If I could give this uniform company zero stars, I would. Their products are inconsistent. Their sizing is off and their customer service is horrible. Their return policy is worse than any of the aforementioned. Also, half of the items I do order are backordered or come weeks after the order is placed. I cannot order sooner (beginning of summer) as children grow and quickly. Hello, This is the second year our school has had your company and I am less than pleased. I have an issue as to why the new uniform is not offered with the Fiberlok that was offered last year? The newer color is even more expensive and with the cheap white iron on is not worth what you are charging. Why too are you out of all the youth sizes?? This has been a terrible experience. I ordered my daughter's uniform the last week of June, and now over two months later, we are still waiting on nearly half of our items. The expected ship dates just keep getting pushed back. Would not recommend!
I think the customer service is terrible, at least when ordering online. I have gotten the same updates for 2 weeks. Not fulfilled. I had to order elsewhere and I have already received my Shipped notice. It took 2 days to get the shipped notice!! I’m still waiting for Dennis Uniforms to send our uniforms. They don’t answer the phones. They send you to the site to chat. That process is ridiculous. And then I was told they would check with the shipping center to see why our order is held up. This company is very poorly run and I strongly recommend schools STOP making parents buy expensive uniforms from them. They had literally no customer service and their orders take forever to be fulfilled. The customer service line is basically non-existent, and the store numbers put you on hold and then abruptly cut the call after a recorded voice tells you to call a number (which also does not work of course).
