RecommendedJust wanted to point out the great service I received yesterday at Dennis Uniform. We were helped by one of the salespersons, Reyna. She was very knowledgeable, charming, and polite. The level of service we received is hard to come by nowadays.
returned item for wrong size and no refund. It has been more than 1 month. no one answer either email or phone.
Their shipments are always delayed weeks yet they take your money immediately. They received our return because of wrong size 9 days ago and have not refunded us $173. Customer service does not answer the phone. You will be disconnected after a lengthy voice mail. Live chat is not Live. I placed an order June 3rd, then a few every week after that. I received partial order for the first order and then nothing after that. I kept receiving emails it was back ordered and at first I was okay with that. But when TWO MONTHS had passed I had enough. My son started school in TWO WEEKS. Unacceptable. I tried reaching out the customer service, no answer. Tried calling the store, again no response. Only from emailing that I wanted my money back did I get a immediate response. RecommendedFading after one wash-following the directions on the clothing. Should have better stain protection considering they are for children. I have an easier time removing stains from Walmart clothes. These are the worst. I’m beginning to think they make them so poorly so you have to continually buy new ones. What a joke. I wish our school would switch companies
I’m very disappointed that the quality of the plaid skirts have become so cheap. The fabric used to be thick, wrinkle free, and held up great after many washes. Now the fabric is thin, it will certainly pill after many washes and they wrinkle like crazy. Funny that their price stayed the same at $50 a pop. I’ll return and get pants and shorts from one of the many retailers that sell uniform bottoms.
Zero stars. They changed the material for the skirts for Great Hearts. It’s cheap, thin junk and Dennis should be embarrassed that they sell it and put their name on it. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
