My experience was fast and pleasant! I was the first one in the store when they opened. I knew exactly everything I needed along with the size. However, I was greeted with good customer service and smiling faces! The young lady that made my shopping experience quick and easy was great with helping me! The only thing I didn't like was that they were a little low in stock for the size I needed, other than that I was still able to get the other items I needed online with about a one to two week wait!
Excellent experience! Everyone friendly. Audrey was a great help. 100xs better than online orders and returns. They knew what my school required. Boys tried the clothes on ( would have never thought to order slim) and they helped me buy or order it. Great checkout experience too. I was so happy going to DENNIS because they saved me hours of time. Thank you!
If they dont have what is needed in-store, they assist with ordering what is needed. The items ordered come in a reasonable amount of time. I would love to see more of a discount when we purchase multiple items, just a thought. They are helpful, professional, kind, and supportive when a parent like me sees spots after the bill for the items that are purchased. I would recommend more carpet on the floor for cushion when folks like me to faint comfortably👍🏾😊
Only our third year in the Huntsville private school district where they REQUIRE Dennis brand uniforms and the THIRD year the sizes are different. Shirts longer and slimmer..boys tucking shirts down to their knees, maybe why they lengthened the shorts this year, so the shirts aren’t sticking out of the bottom. Price tags are pretty steep too. On a positive note..the tech shorts and pants are holding up well. And our local store employees are pleasant and helpful.
We have shopped with Dennis Uniforms since 2016 and the shopping experience with Dennis Uniform in Huntsville, Alabama great! If they do not have an item in stock you need for your child, they will order it for you. If you have an issue with a faulty uniform design they will promptly replace the item or order a new uniform item for your child. We have four more years of future shopping with Dennis and we look forward to the continued quality customer service!
