Please don’t buy anything from this place. I placed an order in May. Still waiting for the uniforms and it’s July already. I contacted their customer service email twice already and the response are so useless. The phone number for customer service is out of services, nobody answers their phone calls. Please save your self a bad experience and buy it somewhere else.
Doesn't have any of the required uniforms for my young one in stock. The staff was nice but this is completely unacceptable as this is the only supplier for school uniforms for our child's school (Oakridge). I was informed by the staff that the distribution center is prioritizing online orders instead of in store orders but how can we know what will fit without trying them. I am assuming that they are in the process of changing the clothes and shoes from Mills over to Dennis. They didn't have the size shoes we needed and weren't able to order. Stood in line over 15 minutes for checkout. Also that store is always hot. It's like the ac is never working. Wish we could get uniforms somewhere else. And agree with everyone else about the prices and quality. I did try calling the store but it goes to voice mail and they don't return calls and neither does their customer service.
The store is in total disarray so you can’t find much by yourself. The staff are helpful in trying to find what you need but it’s a slow process. I tried to order online but after 3 weeks my order still hasn’t shipped so I decided to go get what I could. I was able to get everything except for the shorts for my youngest which are all on backorder. This place needs some serious improvement.
It was a very busy day in the store (as school starts soon) but your staff still took the time to reach out and ask me if I needed help, answered all my questions thoughtfully, and then followed up during the time I was there. Great customer service today! Thank you!!
