I highly recommend the River Oaks location. Sue, Sarah, and Christopher were great. They were very helpful and made uniform shopping for two kids very efficient. They have plenty of items in stock to try on, and if there is anything they don’t have, they’ll ship it to you at no extra cost.
Stellar service. Sue and her staff went above and beyond to ensure the fit was perfect for my 5-year-old. We had actually gone to the wrong location, but they were more than accommodating and helpful. They looked up everything, had my child try on comparable clothing, and even ordered it all for me online.
Not first time attendee friendly! If you need a little time to figure out size, you may not get your uniforms. They sell out in store FAST! This location is clean, friendly staff. The store seemed to not anticipate the volume of uniforms needed and quickly ran out of stock in store. My issue is with the customer service. When ordering in store you receive free shipping and an opportunity to not have uniforms on your first day of school. I order 3 weeks ahead of time and I am still waiting on uniforms. Outstanding customer service with attention to my personal needs. This was my first time working with Dennis Uniform and reflecting on my experiences over 30 years ago getting uniforms for my school age sons (long lines, poor service and frustrated employees), this was easy, convenient and the exceptional employees made me leave with a smile on my face for the quick service. Thank you.
Horrible customer service. Giving them 1star is a gift… I ordered online a blazer for my son on May, after more than a month of waiting Dennis uniforms cancelled the order with no reason and no they did not let me know. When I realized I went to the store and they sold me a blazer that is not approved by the school, telling me that the new blazer was approved, but was not so today I had to go to the store to returned the not approved blazer and guess what, blazers are sold out, school is about to start and the store don’t ha... read more
