There were some employees that kept asking us if we needed any help , a little TOO much. One of the old lady worker opened the curtain a little to see if there was anyone in , she could have least just asked… I could have been undressed. Uniform quality is alright I guess.. one of my uniform shirt logo fell off, I only had it for 5 months.
I still haven’t received the order that I places on May 3 which is 3 months ago. They charged my credit card if over $200 and the wait time in the phone is at least 20 minutes to find out it’s back in order. What the? where is it come from ? another universe ? I placed an order at the store and didn’t get it after 5 weeks then called to find out it was on back ordered. Absolutely the worst company to order uniforms from. Was moving from out of state last year and needed uniforms for my daughter to start school mid year. Took two months, customer service was no help, just a “it’ll be on its way” email. Tried and tried to contact the this store which is right by the school. They never answer the phone or emails. Now I live in state and the uniforms are always on backstock. How? This is your company, items cannot always be on back stock both during middle of winter, start of summer, etc. Have... read more
This store use to be so wonderful with great customer service. It has lost the customer service.. We were given wrong information about sizing and even when we questioned it she just kept being adamant she was right. If we would have listened to her it would have meant costly alterations. None of the needed information about our order was provided. I had to ask for basic information about delivery and exchanges. Awful experiences with Dennis Uniform. Cancelled orders with no next steps. Unfulfilled online orders while product sits on the shelves. I would make the uniforms at home if I was allowed.
