hit or miss waiting for a car shuttle is brutual. Hopefully you dont work anywhere where u have apts waiting
We are from outside the area and while passing through Billings, my truck had some issues with emissions, not allowing us to drove the long 10 hr plus drive home. The employees at this Chevrolet dealership, went far beyond what was expected of them. Their customer service and professionalism, was second to none. We were able to get back on the road, and home to our families, and without their service, we would still be in Billings. A big shout out to Don King, he was excellent! thanks again
As we were traveling, we received an OnStar notification that our Chevy needed attention. We were near Billings, so we contacted Denny Menholt Chevrolet to see if they could help us. Service Manager Don King did a FANTASTIC job of coordinating the necessary repairs and getting us back on the road as soon as possible. We couldn’t be more happy with the outstanding service… and we made it safely to our destination.
Thanks to Scott G. for always taking such good care of our Tahoe over all these years. Scott has been our service tech go to person for all of our Tahoe’s bought at menholts 2002 to present. The staff was awesome. My SUV broke down on our Roadtrip vacation from Louisiana. I called the nearest Chevy dealership, Denny Menholt. Erik picked me up at a Pilot Truck stop parking lot and brought me in. I was in and out, tow, trade in assessment and all with this nice 2020 Enclave in less than 3 hours. Thank you guys for your excellent management of what could have been a terrible outcome for a long planned and well deserved vacation!!

We were searching for the perfect Chevy Traverse and had the pleasure working with Michael Brewer. From the moment he introduced himself he was kind, knowledgeable and understanding. He was able to offer a variety of vehicles on the lot and in the area that were available. Even though we didn’t end up purchasing, he deserves a 5-star rating for his customer service.
