Went in for denture relining. They did an image of my jaws and talked about the relining particulars. That's the only time I saw a dentist, for 5 minutes or so. Came back the next time; the assistant did the impressions, and was very nice but I understand the dentist is required by law to do them. When I came back to try the dentures on, the uppers wouldn't stay in without adhesive. Very loose. The lowers were very tight and hurt. I've had 2 adjustments and need 1 more. Edit: recently found out this business charged both me personally, and my insurance - fraud isn't the best way to start off with a customer. Would give 0 stars if I could. Absolute hands down WORST experience I've ever had with really any office let alone dental. This office told me I was in network. I wasn't. They did give me a free exam, but for an entirely different reason - they failed to get the exams from my old dental office in time for my appointment (not because of insurance). I was recently sent several bills dating back from mid 2018. I had work done to put an implant in at that time. It has already been verified how much my insurance would cover and I paid the rest in full. I called several times and left messages to no avail. I finally got a hold of someone and they were completely rude. I explained that I had paid the balance in full and didn't understand why I was suddenly being billed again over two years later.
