If I could give more than 5 stars to Dr. Chelsea Kuipers, I would! Earlier this summer my 8 year old granddaughter was here visiting from out of state. It was a Sunday evening and she got hit in the mouth by a large tree swing which nearly knocked out one of her front permanent teeth and really tore up her mouth. I used to love this place but not today. Lack of communication and You have to wait for the staff to do your stuff only to be told to do this and that not the actual appointment. Time wasted and yes never knew that you have to pay for a service not being done because you don't want to do it and they call it cancellation fee. Waste of time and money. Lessons Learned.
Staff was very kind and respectful. The dentist was patient and made sure I was aware of any information I would need to know. He also explained things in a way that helped me understand how things worked a little better. Will definitely continue to go here.
I was very disappointed in the man receptionist. I called that morning due to. I had an employee call in sick and I had to work late. I tried to reschedule and he said you will be billed for not showing up. I have been seeing Mike for over 25 years and never had this happen. I asked if I could get a call back which never happened. Could someone please contact me about my bad experience. Thank you.
Peyton did an excellent job informing me about everything she would be doing before she performed the procedure. She was very empathetic about if she was causing me any discomfort. Dr. Mike was very thorough with my exam and explaining the panoramic X-ray they had done. Never disappointed when I leave my appointment.
