The dentist I see at Dental Design Group is the best dentist I have found in Michigan. I really hate anyone in my face and I get so nervous to go the dentist. My teeth are in really bad shape. Since I had radiation and numerous medications that has given me terrible dry mouth. I have been to 5 other dentist and most even came out and said they didn't know what to do except pull them all, or they don't have enough time to do them. I want to keep my teeth as long as I can. From the beginning of my visit the care was great. The front desk ladies were kind and attentive, the dental hygienist was AMAZINGGGGG- Very sweet, very kind, broke everything down so I could understand what was going on with my teeth. I haven’t had a cleaning in a few years and she made the experience so comfortable. She listened to my concerns and addressed them. The doctor was also great, he communicated what the issues I was having in regards to my teeth and talked about a plan to fix them. Overall, wonderful experience.
Started out a little rocky but Dr. Maizi called me directly to explain and resolve thr issue. Since then everything has been great. The staff is so friendly and kind and the doctor himself is so professional explaining everything that’s going to happen. So far I really like the dentist and recommend him and his team to anyone.
Excellent customer service across the board! The receptionist was very warm and friendly, the hygienist was so gentle yet thorough, and the dentist was extremely patient with answering all my questions. He explained things for me that no other dentist ever did!! They all genuinely cared for me and for my teeth! So glad I found this place, it is my new home for tooth healthcare.
I definitely would recommend them. From the initial call the whole staff has been very helpful, patient and polite. As well when I went in the same. The dentist was great even when my tooth didn't want to cooperative, they made me feel very comfortable and explained everything as he was doing it. Also the after care making sure I was ok. Great place and great staff.
