I love going to see Dr. Rubin. He is always so kind and genuinely interested in you as a person. I have been a patient for many years and I was thrilled when his daughter, Dr. Lindsay Rubin joined the practice. She is so sweet. The office atmosphere is warm and inviting. Going to the dentist is actually a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend them.

I have been a patient of Dr. Rubin's for many, many years. I was one of those who always dreaded visiting the dentist. Once I found Dr. Rubin, those issues disappeared. His manner is calm and reassuring; his knowledge and ability to stay up to date are both unparalleled. Whether it's a routine cleaning or root canal, I feel confident and comfortable that all will be done with the utmost of care and professionalism. I have recommended Dr. Rubin to friends and family as well.

Do not use services from Dr. Rubin's dental practice. I hired their mobile dental service for my mother who has dementia since their website highlights their specialization with special needs patients. Long story short, they did NOT provide the services bc my mother was uncooperative, yet charged me the full amount. The dr basically looked into her mouth for 3 minutes and said she had gengivites. I later got a second opinion from another dentist and he said that it didn’t sound like it was a thorough check up or diagnosis. S... read more

He was my dentist for about ten years and pretty much destroyed my mouth. Did root canals rather than send me to specialists, and every one of them failed. Incompetent is not too strong a word.

I was thinking of making an appointment but the office will not provide any info on the docs. They cannot provide any schooling or degrees or any other info on the docs. This is very disconcerting. The website is blank on their backgrounds. The woman on the phone spent a lot of time focusing on the payment and the need to keep a credit card on file. Not a lot of confidence is this business...

Do not use services from Dr. Rubin's dental practice. I hired their mobile dental service for my mother who has dementia since their website highlights their specialization with special needs patients. Long story short, they did NOT fully inform me of my options and charged me unfairly. Similarly to previous review, the doctor won't even speak to you on the phone about it. I was also supposed to have been given information about medication to treat my mom's problem and they never got back to me

My experience was negative, costly and exhausting. While the Dentist is a good guy, the billing department is a disaster. I was double billed multiple times with no explanation or apology. I was told I was in-network when in fact I was out of network. I was then given a bill for my out of network charges and I asked 5 times to speak to the Dentist to explain what happened, but never got a response and was not allowed to speak to him. My balance was then sent to collections.
