STAY AWAY! I went in for a consultation for a single implant. After the exam I was told I would need a bone graft first. They said they would refer me to a dental surgeon. After a week or so I called and asked for an update. They said they would get back to me ASAP. Ten + days later I left a message. No response. Absolutely the WORST cleaning EVER! Waited over an hour to spend another half hour taking uncomfortable X-rays (about 20 images!, ridiculous) only to have about a 2 minute cleaning that was rushed and horribly incomplete!! Someone from the front desk interrupted the procedure and the technician/dentist rushed through the procedure only to leave me with a ridiculously incomplete cleaning. Do not waste your time with this practice!!
Tina and Dr. Dhawan were so kind and helped me when I had a significant amount of anxiety and had neglected my dental care and woke up to a cracked/partially missing tooth. Less than 2 weeks before my wedding and they tried to get everything done before the date. Neurodivergent and trans-friendly business!
Huge shoutout to T! I spoke with her on the phone! She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made everything easy to understand. Great energy! Excellent customer service!
Dr. Pham, and T were very responsive and quick to take care of my tooth ache, they accept walk in patients and made the whole process easy, definitely will recommend this office to others
