I agree stay away I've had my dentures for around 6 months they never would adjust them I told them that when I chewed on the left side the right side would pop loose.their answer to me was we encourage you to chew on both sides at the same time. Who chews on both sides at the same time.also I had three extractions at once they gave me the Novocaine then immediately started pulling them. Didn't even have time to get numb.
STAY AWAY! I went in for a consultation for a single implant. After the exam I was told I would need a bone graft first. They said they would refer me to a dental surgeon. After a week or so I called and asked for an update. They said they would get back to me ASAP. Ten + days later I left a message. No response. I called both offices at least three times in a 3 week period. Its been months and I still haven't heard anything back from them. Thankful for Torica, Abel, and Dr Pham. Torica, and Abel always very nice to me. Dr pham is new to me but she is also very compassionate. Looking forward to finally getting my fillings done correctly and complete.
My experience has been absolutely horrible. I had a tooth right next to my front teeth extracted the partial denture should have only taken maybe a month we are going on like 4 months now. My front teeth are starting to become gaped. There never open, if I could start over somewhere else I would definitely do it somewhere else. I have been left in the chair mouth wide open for 2 hours while the dentist is giggling in the next room. Just really miserable and frustrating. 👎
Absolutely the WORST cleaning EVER! Waited over an hour to spend another half hour taking uncomfortable X-rays (about 20 images!, ridiculous) only to have about a 2 minute cleaning that was rushed and horribly incomplete!! Someone from the front desk interrupted the procedure and the technician/dentist rushed through the procedure only to leave me with a ridiculously incomplete cleaning. Do not waste your time with this practice!!
