Dr. David was great but we found a new dentist because of how rude the woman at the front desk that makes appointments is. To be clear, the woman I am talking about is not Diane, she was always wonderful. This woman has since taken over the front desk and Diane works elsewhere in the office. She actually drove my husband, SIL, and I to new dentists as each of us had a very unpleasant experience with her trying to make an appointment. If she had three different interactions that sent us elsewhere I can imagine there’s plenty ... read more

I have had the pleasure of being a new patient to Dental Wellness Phoenixville recently and so far I am very impressed. As a person in healthcare and who holds customer service at a high regard, so far I am pleased with the care I have received. Kat is a pleasant face as soon as you walk into the office. Kelly cleaned my teeth to the point that they were sqeeky clean and she was so gentle. Dr. Delie was very thorough with both my examination and plan of care. I had been dealing with some intense tooth pain to the point where I couldn't sleep. I called roughly7-8 offices that either wouldn't or couldn't help me. Dental wellness not only got me on on the same day.....but also ended up extracting my tooth. They were both extremely friendly......and ultra professional. I highly recommend this office!!!
