I was so impressed with my visit to Dentistry at Somerset. Everyone was so kind and it is clear that they put their patients first. I really appreciated the time they took to go over the forms I filled out before I came in. Most of the time you fill those things out and you never know if they were ever looked at! I also loved that you can send an electronic copy of your dental insurance, since I'm still on my parents I don't have my own card and that was just super helpful. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Everyone was friendly, but the overall atmosphere didn't seem quite right. I was really put off to learn that it is a $50 fee to cancel an appointment without 2 days+ notice, and that I would have to pay $50 to reserve an appointment for a procedure. That I would be out $100 if I was ill the day before a procedure for no service seems grossly unfair. The policies are not aligned with the friendly and accommodating attitude. The technology in use and expertise of the staff is excellent, but it just doesn't feel right for me.
My hygienist was very kind and very knowledgeable.
