At the moment I am very unhappy with this practice. We paid upfront the whole amount for braces, appointments and retainers with this practice. Everything went well... that was 3 years ago. Fast forward to last year. Our dog ate our daughters top retainer. Ugh. We made an appointment to get a replacement. Now I know we were going to have to pay for it. Unfortunately, leaving the practice after many, many years, due to the extremely rude, inconsiderate desk staff. Had heard multiple complains about Dentistry for Children over the years but always gave them the benefit of the doubt. Sad to say we finally experienced what others had talked about for years.
