Had a great experience at Dentologie! I came in for a routine teeth cleaning with hygienist Taelor and Dr. Reema Busoul. The service was professional and everything went smoothly. What really made my visit exceptional though was Briana at the front desk. She's absolutely amazing! Super sweet and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to help me with a charge that had been on my account for a whole year without my knowledge, and helped me resolve the issue completely. Her dedication to customer service is outstanding!
I have been going to Dentologie for a few years, but I was especially happy with my 6 month cleaning that I had today. The hygienist who helped today, Meghan, gave me so much new helpful insight into daily dental care and shared with me that whitening toothpaste isn’t for everyday use (who knew). The team was easy to communicate with, explained questions I had thoroughly and made sure I knew what the next steps were along the way. My Doctor (Dr Batllo), Hygienist (Meghan), Dental Assistant (Melany), and Front Desk associate (Diana) were all fantastic and made it incredibly easy to learn more about my health benefits and schedule my next appointment.
The doctor and actual treatment were pleasant and satisfactory, but the overall experience fell short. I had a long wait time, was not greeted upon arrival, and received information that later turned out to be inaccurate. While the clinical care itself was fine, the front-desk communication and patient experience need improvement.
Kylie is phenomenal! I have gum sensitivity and it was easily the most painless cleaning I’ve ever had. She also lit a candle and put in extra efforts to make sure I was relaxed. Dentalogie is lucky to have her!
