Kylie is phenomenal! I have gum sensitivity and it was easily the most painless cleaning I’ve ever had. She also lit a candle and put in extra efforts to make sure I was relaxed. Dentalogie is lucky to have her!
The most blatant money grab and complete incompetence from the doctors! I came to this clinic just for a regular teeth cleaning. Instead, they performed some “tests” and told me there was no point in doing a regular cleaning — that I supposedly needed a deep cleaning for $1,500 with anesthesia. I have never had any dental issues, all my teeth are healthy and in perfect condition. They also claimed I had cavities, which I’ve never been told by any other dentist. Carmelo is the best dental hygienist I have ever had — calm, compassionate, understanding and turned a usually uncomfortable/painful experience into a “hey, that wasn’t so bad at all”. Carmelo - keep it up! Your patients appreciate you.
Worst practice I ever seen in the world! I wonder if the doctor knows about it, that they went so many years of school and their career and reputation can be ruined by hiring such a rude, incapable and unprofessional front desk person. I had a concerning experience with Dentologie regarding billing and insurance verification. When I visit I was shown all charges that was supposedly approved by my insurance and was told the service would be covered. Now they are saying I have a remaining balance due to coverage but I had no issues with claims for service at another dental office. I hope Dentologie takes steps to improve transparency and ensure patients are not misled about coverage. I’m deeply unsatisfied with the practice and claims on charges. I would not... read more
