I wanted to come here and post my review and personal experiences from Dentologie. While there are a few good doctors, there are a LOT of bad. Most come into the practice with no real working interview because they are just trying to replace the last one(that didn’t work out). Billing is the worst. They are known for mishandling billing and blaming the patient. Check your bills and make sure it was treatment actually done as billed. So many cases of negligence. I had a concerning experience with Dentologie regarding billing and insurance verification. When I visit I was shown all charges that was supposedly approved by my insurance and was told the service would be covered. Now they are saying I have a remaining balance due to coverage but I had no issues with claims for service at another dental office. They told me I had 7 cavities, which seemed very unlikely. They wanted to fill them at 2 separate appointments. I went for the first one, they numbed me and then left me in the room alone with no warning for two hours. When they returned, the fillings were painful and I had to ask multiple times before they would numb me again. This was such an unpleasant experience that I did not return for the second half. First time here, it was a wonderful experience! Super friendly staff all around, Dr Rami was very informative. I went in for a cleaning, my hygienist Alysia did an amazing job, she made sure I was in no pain at all times and was very friendly and knowledgeable. It really felt like she cared throughout the whole appointment, I certainly will be coming back.

Would not recommend. Seemed professional during the checkup and cleaning but the doctor wanted to replace almost all my fillings with crowns for 'preventative' reasons. I've been to 5 dentists in my adult life and this has never been suggested as a course of treatment.
