Last week I scheduled with Denver gutter cleaning and was told they were scheduling three weeks out. They showed up unannounced on Saturday while I was out of town and I got calls for concerns of a break in. I called the company to see if they were there and the acknowledged a crew was scheduled that day. If the schedule is getting moved up I’d expect a call or text with at least a 24 hour notice to notify others in the building. I was very pleased with the job Gabriel and Chris did one my gutters. They are very friendly, and listened to what I wanted done and went the extra mile. I am still not sure I'll continue with Denver Gutters because it is difficult to get an exact date for their gutter cleaning, and leaving the gate unlocked all the time isn't an option with dogs. However, if I do continue with them, I will request Gabriel and Chris and they are the best.

have been a customer of this Denver Gutter cleaning for over 20 years, and since the recent transition to Ned Services, I’ve continued to expect the same great experience—from scheduling to billing. This time, however, the first crew only stayed about 10 minutes and did not complete the required work. I confirmed on my security cameras that little had been done. Denver Gutter did a very nice job. On time, had the right equipment and workers. Just wish they would have sent me photos after so I could see that they put the downspout filters on. A short write up on what they found would have been nice. There were two downspots that also didn't get flushed as no water present. I should have been present when they finished so we could do a walk around.

It started off well, but seems like since they got acquired by Ned's home improvement its gone downhill. Pros: Gutter cleaners and support people are nice/professional. Cons: They are unable to set up an account for 4 people in a townhouse to get cleaned at the same time, but paid separately. They will tell you they can, but they are lying. Cannot schedule any appointments. You find out the day of your appointment, doesn't matter if you're home or not. Even when you sign up for their expensive 4x/year service, its not pos... read more
