We ordered their service in Spring 2025. It was done well but at a high price - $575 for gutter and laundry vent cleaning on a 2 story house. Vent cleaning was an upsell we agreed to. Fast forward to Spring 2026 and they texted us out of the blue, saying that we signed up for an annual service and that the crew is on their way to do another cleaning. Do not use this terrible company. I manage real estate for a living and have never had as bad an experience with ANY service provider as *** had with this company. I cannot reiterate enough times how terrible our experience has been. Awful, awful, awful. DO NOT USE THEM.After repeatedly canceling our service because someone else was doing the gutter work at our properties, they came out and (supposedly) cleaned the gutters anyway.
