Property manager is nice. Only thing I'd like that needs to be done is our parking lot needs new paint and when ppl have visitors they need to park on the right side as soon as you enter the apartment complex. That should be visitors parking.
I'm very excited to be here Susie and Gean I had a problem with the oven the element went out I went to the office and Told Susie and she had Gean maintenance guy here in 10 minutes and he told me it will be replaced in the morning and that's exactly what he said and brought a new one and I was good very impressed and I appreciate it
I have had an excellent experience with Derby Ridge! I just moved in, And the property manager was extremely helpful all the way through.
It has been such a beautiful community of love, and everyone truly looks out for one another. 2 years of great memories and friendships.
I have tried for 2 weeks to turn in an application. No one is ever in the office, nor do I get returned message calls. I even tried the website that was listed on the front door of the office, No luck so far. How do you ever get to talk to anyone? This is rediculous.
