The nurse who took me back was VERY kind and understanding. She listened to everything that I said. The Doctor was also VERY nice, friendly and informative about what she saw.

On Monday ,1/27/2025 my visit at the Dermatology Associates and Surgery Center of Martinsburg was an extremely gratifying experience . The receptionist greeted me with a smile, which made me feel welcomed. Also the Doctor's team was highly comforting as well. The Doctor and the doctors assistant showed great concern towards me as a patient, which I highly appreciated. They made me feel calm and comfortable, All of my needs were met. I most certainly appreciate the professionalism that was displayed.
