My first time to meet Dr. Kane and she is a very pleasant person. All the office staff is kind and efficient. Dr. Kane and the staff don’t ignore past histories but they were ready to listen about and care for any new issues. Good visit.

I had a scheduled appointment and came into the office. After waiting to check in for for 25 minutes, the front desk person told me they had cancelled the appointment through their patient portal. No phone call or direct text message. They are currently transitioning to a new company, so I understand that they are implementing new policies and procedures for patient communication, but that is unacceptable. Dr Riordan was great. Very competent and friendly. Staff was also very thorough. I called after my visit and was able to get a follow up question answered promptly.

I really appreciated Dr. Kane's willingness to let me participate in my elderly father's appointment via long-distance call. She is a knowledgeable and compassionate physician who made reasonable recommendations regarding his care.

I was a little nervous because I had to switch dermatology practices due to an insurance change. I was delighted and relieved with the care I received from start to finish. Dr. Kane and her entire staff were welcoming, respectful and knowledgeable. I will definitely be returning.
