I can't recommend this practice enough. Dr. Hess and her entire staff have helped my cat immensely. They worked closely with me through the entire diagnosis and took a phased approach to treating her affliction. My cat had been struggling with skin problems for months and thanks to the d4a team she can now live comfortably! Above all else their compassion is evident in every visit.
I was hesitant to try a new vet dermatologist because I really liked the one I had been using but they didn’t have anything available for two months and my cat was having an urgent skin/acne issue that really could not wait.
