I had an incredible experience here. I used to go to a location in La Mesa and loved it but coming here felt more natural and relaxed with my cat. My cat is on immunotherapy due to allergies. Before, she was given shots which caused both me and her anxiety, but being at this new location, they came up with a way to get her what she needs without having to be so invasive by doing oral drops instead. The experience was shockingly negative -- sorry, but this felt more like a used car dealership than a pet care clinic. This was our second visit with our little Pekingese. The first visit already left us underwhelmed -- no real analysis, no tests as promised, just a hefty bill and more questions than answers. Still, we decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and returned two weeks later.
