I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time before I was taken back to a room where I waited another 30 minutes before NP Jamie was able to see me. There was no apology or reason provided as to why my appointment was basically not starting until an hour after its original time. If I had shown up an hour late for my appointment, I guarantee I would have been changed a no show fee and told to reschedule but apparently it is fine for the NPs to run an hour behind without apology.
Did some research and found this place had some of the best reviews and I know why!! Went to get a mole and a skin tag removed. The staff was professional, kind, and gentle. I'm self pay and they did me right with what I owed them. Highly recommend!!
I would like to say that precious and Dr.Harvey were terrific and doing my surgery on my forehead to remove cancer, who constantly asked me if I was hurting while he was Cutting to make sure that I was in no pain. Precious his assistant stayed by his side and with me throughout the surgery comforting me at all time, I'm on my return visit to get the stitches removed Michelle another one of his assistance asked to make sure that I was OK, she constantly also checked on me repeatedly then Dr.Harvey came in to examine the surge... read more
One of the best experiences at a doctor’s office ever. Front office staff were wonderful. I was seen within minutes of walking in and had a fantastic team of providers in the room during my visit. I was listened to and asked relevant questions about my issue. Was given a great treatment plan and explanation for my concerns. 10 out of 10!
I had previously had come with my spouse years ago and the service was just fine.not this time. I had a 3:15pm appointment and arrived at 3:09pm. I was not taken back to the exam room until 3:40pm. Why was I waiting 30 minutes to be seen at a dermatologist office on a Wednesday afternoon? While I was waiting I could hear the staff laughing and carrying on while I waited.
