I have been been using this storage for the last 4 years that I have lived in the bay area. I never come back to any unpleasant surprises when I would drive down. Safe and secure with each unit having alarm. For 3 years they gave me an awesome discount, last year they had to go regular price again. But I understand. Customer service has always been awesome, the location clean.
Went in today to try and get a storage unit ask for a 5x10 they gave me a price I asked for a special and they said the specials went away yesterday. They didn't even try to accommodate me in any way. They told me they had one left and it's full price if I want it. Said the other derrels would rent me a 5x10. Worse customer service ever. They were to busy eating and acted like I was interrupting them. It was 5 oclock. They need better training.
