I had difficulty trying to rent a storage unit online. I went in person to the Chestnut Diagonal Derrel's Mini Storage and it was easy. The couple that manage the facility were extremely friendly and helpful. In just a few minutes I had a secure unit with my lock on it. Everything was clearly explained and I knew exactly what to do to access my new unit. I have not had a storage unit before but now I feel like I'm an expert. And the price was better than I expected. Thank you for making this so simple.

My wife and I checked out a couple other Derrel's Mini Storages and this one is by far the cleanest. When we first drove up to the facility, I believe his name is Steve, drove up in his cart with a broom in the back, he swept the units in this killer heat! He showed us the storages and we instantly knew our furniture will maintain their cleanliness and will be in good hands. Hard working staff, very friendly, definitely recommend!

If I had only knew, way before spending over 1,200 dollars for the move! Every month it's the same issue. Website down, telling me my account is past due in red letters!

Do not rent from this facility, rude and unprofessional. Treat people like second rate Citizens. Not a good experience, paid online and had proof yet they locked my unit and didn't let me use my code to enter.
