I had difficulty trying to rent a storage unit online. I went in person to the Chestnut Diagonal Derrel's Mini Storage and it was easy. The couple that manage the facility were extremely friendly and helpful. In just a few minutes I had a secure unit with my lock on it. Everything was clearly explained and I knew exactly what to do to access my new unit. I have not had a storage unit before but now I feel like I'm an expert. And the price was better than I expected. Thank you for making this so simple.

If I had only knew, way before spending over 1,200 dollars for the move! Every month it's the same issue. Website down, telling me my account is past due in red letters!

Do not rent from this facility, rude and unprofessional. Treat people like second rate Citizens. Not a good experience, paid online and had proof yet they locked my unit and didn't let me use my code to enter.
