Service has been amazing and special shout out to Steve! We've been storing our RV at this location for a couple of years. We had requested a specific spot and as soon as it became available, Steve called us and made the move super easy.

I received excellent customer service every time I needed it. The reason for the 4 out of 5 stars is the pot holes and huge water puddles on the property. At times it made it hard to access my unit and I was worried about tripping in a pothole that was right in front of my unit. If you're judging only on customer service, it would be 5 out of 5 stars.

Stephen and Vicki are the managers at this location and are very responsive to boat/rv storage needs. I worked with Stephen and he helped secure for me two spaces for my boats that need winter storage. It's very difficult to find seasonal storage for boats in North Fresno and Clovis. You have to put your name on a waiting list at the very few derrels places still offering boat/rv storage. Steve the on-site manager is top shelf in customer service and knowledge. He helped us back in our Travel trailer, something we've never done. His company knowledge is at the Master Level. I highly recommend this location for RV storage.

A few months back I asked for some gravel to be brought in to stop my trailer from sitting in a large amount of water & mud during the winter months as it was difficult to access. Vicky spoke to us informing my Wife that it would require too much work in bringing in equipment needed for the improvement. Not the answer we were hoping for & very unprofessional. I am sure in all Derrels is a good place to rent, however, I cannot give them a good review on the basis that my boat was broken in to, and had many, many things taken. Come to find out, I was not the only one and there were about 15 in all in that yard. I realize they cannot control vagrancy, however, when talking with the manager, they took no responsibility for the fact that thier camera system was nonfunctional, and neither were thier lights.
