Karrie and David at this Darrell's Mini Storage location made moving here to Fresno from the Seattle area to be with our grandsons, an amazing easy move. They were such wonderful people! If we could give them more stars, we would. They really deserve double! When we were trying to figure out the day we were going to move in, they actually held a unit for us so we weren't stressed out. There are Darrel's units all over Fresno. This one is close to my home and I have had a storage unit there for 15 years. It is easy to get in and access my small unit. A suggestion I would make to any one renting here is to be sure to cover your possessions. It can be pretty dusty out here.
Customer service is terrible. We called for a until which they said they had. We told them we wanted it and that we would be there the next day. We called the next day to let them know we're coming and they didn't have it available. Untrustworthy

I have had my fifth wheel travel trailer here at this location on and off for at least 4 to 5 years and recently I've had a fox or some sort of animal urinating on my trailer and defecating around my trailer and other trailers around me as well. I requested that management trap the fox and relocate it to the Department of fish and game which is according to the law. I've spent a fortune storing my stuff here and finally came to my senses. I am now storing my belongings at Fig Garden Storage. Sorry Derrels... when I told you I would possibly be leaving, you could care less. Everyone, please read my review about Fig Garden Storage.
