I love this place. The staff is so wonderful, kind and caring. My stuff was safe. Secure. And that is a comfort to me. I will not go anywhere else. They have my complete trust.
I absolutely love these people here. They are so friendly, personable and accommodating. I have had storage here for the past few years, just recently took everything out of my storage, as I no longer had enough to keep in there, and im kind of sad about it. These are great people.
Called in 7/20/21 around 1055am to see if there were any storages available and the man on the phone was extremely rude. The lack of availability was a blessing in disguise.

The only nice person is Dave W. As for the employees ....They are horrible!!!! I have never met such disrespectful unprofessional people in my life. The location on Ashlan & 168 is no better. I suggest that if anyone is looking for storage they look else where. Unless you like your storage cost to change when ever they decide. I even had a person at the ashlan & 168 site put his hand in my face and tell me to shut up. Horrible ....Horrible ....Horrible
