My only experience with this location and with Derrel's is to purchase moving boxes and bubble wrap. Twice a year I pop in and purchase 6 medium boxes and take them home to begin decluttering. The boxes and materials are sturdy, always available and reasonably priced. The men and women at the front desk are friendly and helpful. Thank you Derrel's!

Great experience. Front desk lady is so sweet and easy to communicate with. The guy is soooo helpful as well. They make a great team and I appreciated all of their information as this was my first time using a storage unit. Clean nice grounds too, you can tell they really do care about this. Easy location too. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Rented a storage from this location, and I was very pleased with the service and location. It's very clean, in a nice area, and the couple who run this location are very kind and have your best interest in mind. The entire process from renting a storage and moving in was painless... This location is by far the worst! The service is horrible staff seems Unknowledgeable have had issues from the start. Needs new management!

I would rate this location ( N Fowler Ave in Clovis) at 0 stars as that is a more reflective description of their level of customer service. I found my storage unit unlocked where the lock was clearly not engaged, I was last on site several weeks ago. When I called the office to report my findings the rep, Carmen, was not in the least bit helpful or concerned. I inquired about the daily lock checks as the customer is supposed to receive a call if there are any lock/security issues. I questioned whether they had been occurrin... read more

My mom, who is an Elementary School teacher, called last week and they quoted her $26.99 (their summer special). My mom has been a faithful costumer and has rented a storage unit from Darrell's for the last 4 years. When my Mom went to Darrell's today they said they wouldn't honor the special. SO OBVIOUSLY THEY DON'T SUPPORT TEACHERS!
Nice couple who runs this location. We made the mistake of paying for too many months in advance - be advised they do NOT give refunds if you vacate early. They will issue you a credit only usable for more storage rentals at Derrel's locations.
