Safe storage away from homeless and break ins, a little pricey but you pay for what you get and it's well worth it.

First of all i am not looking for a best friend. I needed a storage unit. I am sorry some people have not had a favorable experience, I have found the staff polite and always informative. I will say the fella running the place the last time was there was dallas fan but hell you can't have everything, right. I have never been robbed or treated mis-fairly but then again maybe i have nothing of value, lol. I will be closing mystorage and I wanted to say thank -you for watching my things..464

Ron and Rita are very nice people...their facility is very clean and well maintained. Rita was very courteous when I called. I recommend this place.
Stored my stuff here and it was the least expensive place I found. I won't tell what the special is because it may not be available when you read it, but it was a good deal.
This storage facility gets 2 1/2 stars for a reason. Like most patrons the vast majority state the staff is rude. I agree!! Whatever happened to employees talking to their customers in a civil tone. TO MANAGEMENT: Teach your employees well. This country is still based on appropriate customer service. All of these people posting negative comments can't be wrong. It seems like this place goes thru new staff and new owners all the time. I have had the worse experiences with their staff. They are rude. They are not kind. They have a guy named Robert there (tall white guy with a belly) he is the nicest. He takes his time to understand the customers and has very good customer service skills. worst storage ever! no security...the cameras are pointless and do not record at all!!! all the staff is horrible and rude and incompetent lazy assholes then to top it off when your unit gets robbed the corporate manager neal richards in charge of claims is the WORST and im pretty sure is dead or doesnt work at all!!! he will never return a call or message and is so unprofessional I am thinking about hiring a lawyer or hitman lol
One star is too much. Store your belongings here if you want them stolen. Police informed me of many break ins. Icing on the cake was the woman who oversees the place rude and unprofessional.
If I could give ZERO STARS I would!!! Never use this place. Lizette the "manager" is a liar and this place is the worst storage place ever. We called ahead to do paper work to get a storage spot out of our name. She agreed and had us come down since the person whose stuff that the spot was supposed to be in was from out of state and they were here for Christmas.
