Managers are very nice and helpful in explaining the price plans. Also gives you an opportunity to see each size to make sure you get the right one to fit your needs. When we moved our stuff in it was clean and ready for us. Just a heads up when driving through the lot remember to drive slow as there is a water ditch line (not sure how to explain it) that will catch you off guard if you are not careful!
Amazing managers, always always goes out of there way to make sure you are taken care of. Not all Derrels have great managers like Larry and Nathan. If your ever looking for a place to store your vehicles or a storage unit call this place. You will be treated like royalty.
I have been at this location for about 8 years now. I usually pay online but today I had to get something out of my unit and came across an extremely rude new manager named Kim. Not sure how long she has been working at this location. she really should not be a manager of a storage unit with that kind of attitude toward customers. I pay a lot of money for my storage unit and shouldn't be treated the way she treated me. A lot of different storage units in Fresno and Clovis just beware of this location and Kim the new manager... read more
