The sales associates at this location were super helpful and very friendly. Sharon and Randy helped my boyfriend and I get set up with a small storage unit and they answered all of our questions. The registration process was quick and smooth, and we are extremely pleased with the results. The unit was clean and the perfect size, and the facility is very well maintained. Thank you so much!!

I needed storage fast and Wendell and the fine folk over at derrels helped me get it! The facility is clean and my unit provides me with ample storage for everything I need to put in there. Not to mention the price is great!

Fast and easy to setup unit. I had never rented a storage unit before but Sharon and her husband were extremely helpful and explained everything. They even let me see the unit I wanted to rent before I decided on it to see if it would fit my needs!

I have been at this location for close to 2-3 years. I have always paid my rent on time. I called because I was late and wanted to get my fee $15 late waived just this once. I felt comfortable to call because everyone is always so nice and helpful in person. I called and a very rude lady answered and she was short with me. Just stated no we don't do that and hung up on me. I totally understand if that's the policy but if you are kind I would understand. Horrible don't put your stuff here they have rodents and lie to you about them your furniture will definitely get messed up. If you have anything of value save yourself the time and don't store here.

Greedy, every year they raise their prices. Storage unit is infested with spiders. Wolf spiders too. This location is the worst. I've had better experiences off Wible and Calloway.
