Was late paying a quarterly pmt being that we rent 4 storage units so got confused. Well for 30 days late Dave sends not 1 but 2 preliminary liens on one of the storage units. Ok I understand paying late fee no problem because I was late but two lien notices ? Oh so I call to make payment with credit card so they can get paid asap but Dave says "can't if no card is on account." Do you think he would offer the new service about paying online, he didn't.
