April 30, 2024 O my goodness. I’ve never had such great customer service experience in my life. This young man named Justin came into my home to service all my equipment. He walked me thru everything that needed to be done. I had some issues with my a/c unit switching over from furnace to a/c it was really loud after switching so he showed me how switch a wire in the furnace. Ty was awesome!! Super professional, on time, efficient with his work, clean, and very explanatory of where my issues were as well as potential issues he thought might present themselves in the future and what my options were. Recommended a few things but was not pushy at all and was very helpful.
