Lots of misunderstandings with the receptionist. It must of been her first day on the job. The tech was very kind and understanding about my circumstances.

I’ve been a patient of Desert Radiology for years. There has never been a visit that has not been professional. The customer service members have to deal with many issues and are excellent in their response. Kudos to the gentleman, up front, who was assisting a very frustrated patient. He was professional, empathetic, and patient. He was able to avoid a difficult situation getting worse.
