Don't waste your time and money. I had an MRI scheduled and when I got there, I was told that I had to pay $425 upfront or they'll cancel my procedure. Mind you, I had insurance. I had no choice but to pay them. After a week, I received a bill asking for me to pay my $50 deductible and I told them that I already paid $425 upfront. They couldn't find that payment in their system and thank God I kept the receipt. I called their customer service and gave me the round around stating that they don't show the $425 in their system.... read more

I don't understand why they would have someone in the scheduling department that nobody can understand what he's saying, & talks over you when you try and explain that I had a procedure in August 2025, and I had to make an appointment for a ultrasound follow up after my mammogram. Also have staff members cancel appointments because they're too lazy to look up referrals. I waited for the appointment for 2 months just for the lazy staff to cancel my appointment. Do not go to desert radiology. They are private equity owned and will do everything possible to keep any overcharge, On July 1 2025 they overcharged me $1000 on a nuclear medicine test. When I received another bill, I checked my EOB and discovered the overcharge. When I called, the CSR said oh! You are paid in full at which time I told him no, you overcharged me. They did a few minutes of review, acknowledged it and said refund would be 30-45 days. 45 days pass and no refund, I called again and was told they sent a check ... read more

I shower up 15 minutes before my appointment. Already did my online check in. Front desk was friendly, location was clean. I was with my technician very quickly. I wish I remembered her name she was kind, friendly and extremely gentle. She made the whole process as comfortable as it could be. I was out from check in to leaving in less than 30 minutes.
