If I could give this place zero stars I could. This place has no respect for people's time is disorganized and the customer service is abysmal. They sent me a link to schedule an appointment for a mammogram after they received a referral from my primary care physician i immediately called scheduled my appointment stayed on the phone 20min while my insurance was verified answered all the questions. The complete Desert Radiology team from receptionist to technicians are all pleasant, professional, very efficient and caring in the performance of their duties. Bernadette was amazing and very professional. My wife and I have been using this facility for over a decade and the are consistently the best. Kudos to your team.
Don't waste your time and money. I had an MRI scheduled and when I got there, I was told that I had to pay $425 upfront or they'll cancel my procedure. Mind you, I had insurance. I had no choice but to pay them. After a week, I received a bill asking for me to pay my $50 deductible and I told them that I already paid $425 upfront. They couldn't find that payment in their system and thank God I kept the receipt. I called their customer service and gave me the round around stating that they don't show the $425 in their system.... read more
I don't understand why they would have someone in the scheduling department that nobody can understand what he's saying, & talks over you when you try and explain that I had a procedure in August 2025, and I had to make an appointment for a ultrasound follow up after my mammogram. Also have staff members cancel appointments because they're too lazy to look up referrals. I waited for the appointment for 2 months just for the lazy staff to cancel my appointment. I'm Extremely claustrophobic , and have problems with scans of any type..J at the Check-in desk and Katie the technician totally put me at ease and made it such a smooth and painless experience!! Didn't have to wait too long either! All in all a 5 star experience! Thanks!
