If I could give this place zero stars I could. This place has no respect for people's time is disorganized and the customer service is abysmal. They sent me a link to schedule an appointment for a mammogram after they received a referral from my primary care physician i immediately called scheduled my appointment stayed on the phone 20min while my insurance was verified answered all the questions. Took my daughter to get x-rays, was forced to pre-pay almost $200. Was told that the x-rays would cost that much before any claim was submitted. My insurance company processed the claim the following week and said THEY paid Desert Rad $200 and the patient responsibility was $0. Desert Rad sat on having both my money and the insurance company's money and said nothing to me. Horrible receptionist. So loud, what about Hippa Violations? This woman was arguing with me when I said I was there for my back, not neck. It is very clear on the Dr.’s order. She said well it’s head and neck here. So you know more than my Dr.? Awful experience. I don’t feel I have a need to discuss a medical procedure with an unqualified receptionist. Naomi was her name.

Horizon Ridge was the worst. Lady behind counter was very rude and seemed disinterested in her job. Then set up a payment plan. Used my credit card for initial payment and then presented her with my bank card which I said to use for the payment plan. First payment comes a month later and they used my credit card for that instead of bank card I asked to be used. Called the billing department and they said no charge was made cause payment arrangement was canceled and they can’t find it. Credit Card says charged. This place is ... read more

I scheduled an appointment & saw that they had an opening for 930PM & I scheduled it. Today comes & my appointment was this evening, I pre-registered & everything, received all the usual confirmations, & then I show up & they're closed. Unbelievable. I have verified emails & screenshots confirming the time & location so I will most definitely be seeking some form of remedy because this was a poor experience.
