Very satisfied with Robert's work. We just bought a new home and the roof was in need of some patching up. We opted to just recoat the whole roof as a preventive measure. Robert was able to come within a week of our initial call and committed to 3 days of work to get the job done. He finished everything on schedule and it looks great. He also patched up some cracking stucco and matched the paint, as well a removed a satellite dish we didn't want and sealed up the holes it left. We just had a very good experience with Robert from Desert Star Roof coating. We have a fairly old roof that has been neglected for 5 years. During a recent rain, we developed a skylight leak. Desert Star was recommended by a friend, we called Robert and he showed up within 2 hours and fixed the problem. We scheduled him to do a roof coating for a month later. The roof of my rental house has 2 heat pumps and 2 skylights that complicate roof repairs and is at the end of a dirt road and has no water. Desert Star kept me informed throughout the job and completed it quickly and efficiently. I am so grateful to Robert Lopez for his help.
The company was quick to respond, gave me a detailed bid for the repair and a promise to come back and inspect my roof every year to ensure any defect could be corrected before a leak might cause damage! The owner was here, completed the job in three days as promised and left no evidence of repair work on the ground when the job was done.
