All I can say is stay away if you want your loved one to be cared for . My father was there for 8 years and in the beginning it was great but the last year was a nightmare I was so glad we took him out and moved him to new place he is doing so much better The staff don't care they don't come when light is on , Shane the head of the place has no compassion for people. He shouldn't even be in that position.

The CNA'S take forever to get to you and I was told they cannot change me all the time. Being an incontinent woman I never know when I am going to go. The place smells like shit and cheap fragrant spray. This is definitely not a top tier place, the dinosaur air conditioner does not work, the metal beds as old as me do not work there are no rails and the bed remote does not work properly the staff have to go under the bed to adjust the loose wiring. My father has been at this facility for 2.5 wks. I live in Massachusetts so I am unable to visit. There are no phones in the rooms and it is impossible to get a nurse or any other employees on the phone. I've been getting messages about his imminent discharge to hospice, yet I have not heard from a doctor to inform me of his medical statussince he has been there. 5th day here for wife recently breaking L femur head area. Also has had severe constipation and now uncontrollable diarrhea. Needs to be changed/cleaned often. Call light goes on with no response far too often. Pain meds frequently late or flat out missed. I will be calling Humana in the am to get her home immediately! Absolutely DO NOT recommend this dump. Buyer beware. The Walmart facility of American "disease care." The US has NO health care, just lame disease care. All the $$ head overseas for foreign wars.

My Mom has been a patient since Friday. She fell there and hit her head on Sunday and very early this morning; the second time I was called (early this morning) to say she was bleeding from the head and transferred to the hospital. She had to be admitted. Skilled Nursing Homes are woefully understaffed and a money making machine for the owners. I'm devastated that my 98 year old Mom has suffered like this. Please consider carefully where your loved ones are placed.
