We purchased our flooring through Flooring America and they outsourced the installation to Designer Lifestyles LLC. I can not speak highly enough about using Designer Lifestyles. They arrived early, were very thorough and the quality of their work was more than I expected. When it is time to replace the kitchen and bathroom flooring I will call them directly instead of going through Flooring America.

They were very personable, I never heard any bad language and my kids were running in and out all day. They were perfectionists when it came to everything locking perfectly together. I love the floor install so much that I won't put down a rug and I joined Angie's list today to tell about it.
I am writing a response to the response from Designer Lifestyles on Google. Google doesn't let you respond to their response and it deserves a follow-up... Their response on Google was extremely immature and unprofessional. First... They POSTED MY ADDRESS on a public forum. Second... They were a no call no show for my flooring estimate. I had to leave work early to meet them and they never came.

To make a long story short, Designer Lifestyles came out to my house and gave me an estimate on my tile project. Day one, they started and completed the demolition phase of the project. Day two, AFTER ripping out my carpet and tile I was given a new updated estimate of $794.00 difference to the original estimate. Our initial install estimate quote was based on the installation of a 12" x 24" tile, which was the specific tile sample presented to our estimator at the time of the initial estimate. When our demolition team began protecting customer's cabinets and appliances with plastic, (as seen in the attached picture), and then began the flooring removal process, they noticed that our estimator missed adding the removal and replacement of the pedestal sink in the bathroom, and promptly notified our office.
