Mary, the receptionist, was able to quickly reschedule my 6 month checkup appointment after some issues that required me to cancel the previous week. As usual, the office was spotless, and I was taken back for my cleaning with Theresa, and excellent dental hygienist--she is very gentle and explains everything and goes over any issues I'm having with my teeth.
