We had DM do two bedrooms with new carpet. We are able to find exactly what we were looking for in our budget. We had our old laminate demoed and new carpet installed within a few days of the carpet arriving. We are very happy with the results and love our new carpet! DM was very responsive and explained the entire process in detail to us. Very easy to work with.
Don’t have to do flooring often, but it’s nice when you do, that all goes well. Chose to use local rather than big-box, did not price compare - so if thats what your looking for I can’t help. What I can offer is that the pricing was transparent, the carpet selection was broad, their process was professional, they arrived for measuring and for installation when they said they would, and the install looks perfect. The installers did an amazing job on my floor! The baseboards look amazing! I was so impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff and workers. I highly recommend this company!
We used Designers Magic for our home remodel and were super happy with the results. We primarily interacted with Kevin and Patty. They have several people that work the floor, but you for sure want to catch Patty if you can, she's awesome. My wife and I suffer with Stage 10 indecision. We bought luxury vinyl for our entire downstairs. Unfortunately the flooring sample didn’t show any of the dark panels. The flow is terrible and choppy. Now that it’s installed there are many dark panels that don’t look like they belong at all. Overall it’s much darker than the sample too. We hate it. Wish the sales people had advised us that the sample would be totally different from the finished product. It seemed like they were mostly interested in making the sale.
