Kevin and everyone at designer magic were great, very helpful and easy to work with. They did the flooring for the whole house and also supplied the tile for the shower and supplied/ installed the countertops. Overall great experience and highly recommend their business.
Absolutely loved working with this company! Both RJ and Ryan helped us, and we could not have been in better hands! We had DM do two bedrooms with new carpet. We are able to find exactly what we were looking for in our budget. We had our old laminate demoed and new carpet installed within a few days of the carpet arriving. We are very happy with the results and love our new carpet! DM was very responsive and explained the entire process in detail to us. Very easy to work with.
We bought luxury vinyl for our entire downstairs. Unfortunately the flooring sample didn’t show any of the dark panels. The flow is terrible and choppy. Now that it’s installed there are many dark panels that don’t look like they belong at all. Overall it’s much darker than the sample too. We hate it. Wish the sales people had advised us that the sample would be totally different from the finished product. It seemed like they were mostly interested in making the sale. The installers did an amazing job on my floor! The baseboards look amazing! I was so impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff and workers. I highly recommend this company!
