DeSitter Flooring provided great service for our LVP flooring purchase and installation. Paul Massey was our salesperson and helped us throughout the process. He was kind, patient, and answered all of our questions. The installers, Chris and Jim, did a beautiful job! They were kind, professional, and thorough, and also answered our questions. Great service, great job! They refinished my wood floors and it’s looks like I got brand new floors. Process was extremely smooth from beginning to end. Different than majority companies, they work around my schedule, went through all process multiple times and even came after job done to see if all is good.

Went to DeSitter based on the recommendation of our construction company to replace the floors in our basement for a remodel and we couldn't be happier! Hana was great to work with, showed us a lot of great options and actually understood mine (and my wife's) taste right away! We ended up purchasing the very first option we were shown after weighing several others, and taking a few samples home. We have purchased carpeting from De Sitters in the past and were very satisfied, and this time we had wood flooring installed in a couple of rooms. Allan our salesman was terrific. He takes the time to answer all your questions and concerns and he is a kind man, too. Our two flooring installers were hard workers, kind, and very respectful. They put in long days of work and were very capable and experts in their work.
