Desmond is a great loan officer
Communication was poor. Loan officer was supposed to reschedule appraiser to come back out for final approval and never called them. Closing was pushed back due to the appraisal not being completed when promised, and I had to send another agent to a closing with a personal friend.

Didn't appreciate Desmond questioning me about my clients wanting to close on a Monday instead of previous Friday. Alta wasnt sent to parties until morning of closing which is total unacceptable according to govt guidelines.
