My family has been using Desmond Pools since moving to our house over five years ago! Scott and his team have always been very helpful answering any questions we had about our pool and spa. They have also helped us with opening and closing our pool every year. I appreciate the professionalism and their willingness to go above and beyond to help their customers. Our family just got a pool installed by Desmond Pool and Spas and all I can say is wow!! With the current pandemic and everyone in the world inquiring about installing a pool, Desmond was able to remarkably provide outstanding customer service and a phenomenal product! Called to price a large in ground indoor pool . Guy was super arrogant and obviously didn’t want my business. If you don’t want any business calls early in the morning, don’t make your business phone your personal as well.
